Ingredients:1 C. butter milk
2 whole eggs
2/3 C. flour
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
2 T. sugar
1 C. blueberries, fresh or frozen
Method:
(1) Beat eggs in butter milk
(2) Mix together the dry ingredients
(3) Add the dry ingredients to the butter milk mixture, then add the blueberries
(4) Cook pancakes on a grease a cast iron pan until done
(5) Dust with powdered sugar and serve
